AMC's 17 Years of Phenology
Please join AMC Staff Scientist Georgia Murray and AMC Research Fellow Jordon Tourville as they tell the 17-year-long story of the collected data on open flower timing in woodland and alpines areas of New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and New York.

The Appalachian Mountain Club, working with multiple partner organizations, established alpine plant phenology monitoring across the Northeast in 2004 under the program Mountain Watch. This program has now grown to include woodland flowers and tree canopy data and engages community science participants along the Appalachian Mountain corridor. AMC’s research team has results to share. Georgia and Jordon will walk us through AMC’s unique effort to collect long-term data, what the data says, and how you can continue to be a part of the story.

This President’s Society and Summit Trust exclusive webinar will have time for Q&A.
